Contest Eligibilty

It is stated that:

"This contest is open only to legal residents of the United States and other locations where this contest is not prohibited or restricted by law,"

I wasn't sure what countries are eligible specifically, are Canadians allowed to participate in this contest?

  We don't have a list of prohibited countries, but it's really up to you to ensure you can legally participate (based on local law).
